Veggie Pasta Salad

1 package Orgran penne  pasta

1 can chickpeas, strained 

1 medium cucumber, chopped 

2 large tomatoes, chopped 

½ red onion finely diced 

100g spinach, roughly chopped 

1tsp chilli flakes 

Salt and pepper to taste 

100g feta, crumbled  

2tbsp olive oil 

1tbsp lemon juice 



  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Cook pasta as per instructions 
  1. Cut up all ingredients, and strain chickpeas. Place into a large bowl.  
  1. Add your cooked pasta, chilli flakes, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt and pepper.  
  1. Mix and top with crumbled feta. Serve
